Rates listed in the above table relate to up to 8 guests. Property has 5 beds and can sleep a maximum 8 guests.
Two extra guests, however, may stay on a double sofa bed if required. Sofa bed is found in the second living room which has a door and is opposite a bathroom. $80 per person per night.

Mandatory Costs
- Bond Deposit: $700 per stay
- Cleaning and laundry Fee: $300 per stay
Non-Mandatory Costs
- Sofa Bed: $80 per person per night (up to 2 additional people beyond 8) for 9 or 10 people.
- If there is maximum of 8 people coming only but they still wish to use the sofa bed, The guest must notify the host that they require the sofa bed within 1 week of the booking, otherwise the sofa bed will not be made-up. There would be a cost of $80 per booking to cover the cost of assembling, dissembling the sofa bed by the cleaner and laundering of linen,
For this Property
- Weekend’ refers to Friday night, Saturday and Sunday night (two of these nights minimum for weekend booking)
- Weekday’ refers to Monday to Thursday
- The ‘Nightly’ rate refers to an individual night rate
- The ‘Weekly’ rate is for a full 7 day week‘
Minimum Stays
- All Long Weekends can only be a 3 day block booking, excepting Easter, Christmas and New Year period and January School Holidays which are a 4 day block booking minimum. Where 5 or 6 day gap exists, the minimum stay will be 5 or 6 days
- All other bookings are a 2 day minimum stay.
- Weekend bookings are 2 day minimum, Friday to Saturday nights or Saturday to Sunday nights OR 3 day Friday to Sunday nights.
IMPORTANT: The whole property, Blue Salt, has a strictly NO PETS, NO SMOKING and NO PARTY policy. Whether indoors or outdoors pets and smoking and parties are not permitted. Music sounds should be contained to inside the house especially beyond 10 pm. There are strict rules regarding this no party or event policy and noise policy on the contract provided by the owner. This contract is signed by both parties at the time of booking.
